Honestly Ney, the water bothered me too. Please turn it off when you are not actually using it (while you brush your teeth, wash your face, etc. Even when you do the dishes). Water is SO precious. Please don't waste it :(( anyway, great video !! 😘
Coralie Trovato it dosnt go to waste it travels thru the pipes to a cleaning station where it gets cleaned by chemichals (this is where toilet water goes aswell) and then after about an hour its re-drinkeble and travels thru the pipes back to the sink for you to drink so in the end it really dosnt matter

I don't drink coffee it's way too bitter for me but I do my yoga when I get up every morning myself too I love to read. And my favorite thing for is yogurt with granola on top with two pieces of veggie sausage I have a workout routine that I write down every day it's fir blogilates and I go by the calendar and I write a story a day in my journal too I love to do that play piano and draw so it's cool how we r alike in a way
Now for a real healthy morning routine. wake up, don't check your phone, drink at least two medium sized classes of room temp water mixed with a green super food powder and a small amount of Apple juice, don't drink coffee! Have a protein based breakfast (eggs etc) and some fruits. don't have coffee! Go to work and at 10am have a healthy snack followed by a nice smooth delicious cup of coffee. Your welcome.
