not really, u have to hit the enemy with the spear to teleport.. otherwise it will be just like normal ultimate. meanwhile aldous is a lock skill which cant be avoid

Now it definitely feels like an ultimate rather than just a huge spear crossing over the map
the problem is that, it make moskov too powerful.
Moskov is an mm excel in taking tower and one v one.
His kit consist of a stun, a dash and global ulti.
The stun is too good in one v one as with combination of second skill, any enemy that got stun will always die.
The second skill also good to evade and give attack speed for taking tower.
With the new ulti, he can basicly solo and taking rat while team member focus on lord or something. If the enemy contesting the lord, he can basicly push and end the game. If one or two enemy tp to base to defend. He can basicly ulti enemy that contesting the lord and tp there making the fight 5vs3.
Quite OP imo.
@@azriqhaikalazahari7148This only applies if he actually hits the target and 90% of the time he won’t, it’s not a fast global shot like Xavier’s its extremely slow moving and easy to dodge unless you were already previously stunned/slowed
@@symlees3357but that's the point with moskov's current ult, it's both a reveal and a finisher. When you use it as a reveal, of course you're bound to miss a lot of the time but as a finisher during teamfights, you need to work with your teammates for the ult to hit. It's a team game, not a solo game. Although it gets harder for the ult to hit since teamfights usually last 2-5 seconds most of the time in this game which I hope moonton optimizes in the future along with backtracking with their revamps in the advanced server that makes the heroes too easy.

@@azriqhaikalazahari7148 then with this information, you can easily turn his tactic into your own actually. I seen so many people get high with their heroes and ended up losing because of 1 or 2 big mistakes.

Wanwan with full items and ult ready can kill everyone and they cant do anything which is really op. While moskov you need to hit the target first and also, his ult cd is way too long for no good reason so the revamp is fine for him.
