Hi just a quick question I'm really interested in getting the Remington Warhawk for target shooting at my local air gun range, do you still own the rifle and would you recommend it as I am looking for an under lever at the £200 budget and for the money it looks fantastic.
Hi! Thanks for commenting. I still have the Warhawk and really like it. It feels very heavy and well-made; the scope it comes with is very good for the price too. My only gripe is the trigger which has a fair amount of creep and is very heavy, especially compared to my 1377. I imagine you could get used to it if you shoot regularly but I don't so I've struggled with it. I might try and get it smoothed out a bit. The cocking arm is also a bit rattly which slightly undermines the high-quality feel. On the whole, however, I would recommend it if you want to buy new rather than second-hand.
@@ThrHillSeeker plan on the .22 cal as well I only shoot paper targets only . looking at this one and the air arms TX 200 MK3 as well. Waiting on a Webley co2 revolver in .177 seems to be a shortage of .22 in it. I like to see your results on paper of HW next time.
What did he say? “As long as the grouping is good”?!😂 Ole’ Dad comes home empty handed, and the Mrs. says, “ that’s alright love, I heard your grouping was good. We’ll just eat cake”. 😂😂
Thanks for commenting! We paid £25 each for 2 hours. A bit pricey but it's the neatest range to where I live and one of the best I've been to. Looking at their updated pricing, it's now £20 for 2 hours and they have a new HFT course as well which is £5 extra.
The guy useing the underlever, it's best practice to keep hold of the underlever with a good grip whilst loading, just resting it on the table will not stop it flying up and trapping fingers if the safety fails , 😁👍

Nice 👍🏻 rifle on my list …what caliber are you using ?
Thanks for commenting. All of my guns are 177 as I prefer the flatter trajectory and only really shoot paper targets.

Definitely pricey. We won't be going there!
How much was it for the day … I take it you took your own kit
