I'm not against Church but it's just my Philosophy. Youths today need God but at the Same time they need Opportunities, voice , Fun , Jobs , Money . We are all Depressed. I'm a Youth.

1 Youth pastors should be advanced ,deep in knowledge and spirit with good experience rather than just a testimony . 2 Youths want a church that is led by HOLY GHOST and not just a degree preacher. 3 The words the preacher speak should touch people,should give goosebumps ... 4 INCLUSIVENESS of all youths in service ,leading .... is needed especially in modern era. 5 Traditional curriculum and traditional preaching with modern generation can be less effective. 6 YOUTHS have questions on the scriptures ,on chruches issues .A proper platform to clear the confusion in BIBLE, CHURCHES, SOCIETY IS NEEDED rather than kindly attend,come ,go,needed. At the same the contemporary Naga Christians decline from attending church are not only the youths but also adults.To my point of view it is due to over charity and collection programs in the church.Yes church without mission is death in christ and for which we needs money for successful and smooth functioning of our mission no society will be sustained without money, but being as a Christian our topmost priority is to focus much more on spiritual awakening and soul winning,however to our surprise most of the church leaders at present are focusing much on materialize world forgetting about our salvation .Therefore it is my fervent plea to you to kindly make a sermon encouraging our church leaders to prioritize much on spiritual awakening and soul winning.Thank you.
I came from a Kohima Ao Baptist Church and what I've observed is that since from 4-5 years back we are trying our best to encourage and invite the senior youths ( 28 years and above)in the church but they are unable to communicate with the other sections of youths who are younger than us. Since this days in youth ministry teenagers and youths below 27 years population are increasing more. So, because of this reason the senior youths are unable to connect/ mingle with their juniors ones and most of them are they giving up not to come to church. And also at the same time because of this conditions youths enrollment are decreasing slowly by slowly . As it's a big church to handle the ministry is not very easy where it is too hard to bring people into spiritual bounding of unity. But when it comes to church age doesn't matters how old or young we are.
Very true😌' here I am seeing at my place there are so many youths but very less of them come to church⛪ feel so disappointed😔 seeing this. as inside the church I see only chaplain, some deacons,parents and 3 to 4 youths only.

My church pastor is mostly focus on successful youths and even call them up before the congregations and introduce them about their success. Whereas illiterate n unsuccessful person like me were not even counted as their church members and that's the reason why I stop attending the church and get active to myself in a small fellowship like prayer home.

Some basic answer I got through some of my studies to this questions is ,(especially when it comes to attending youth service,BYE program)some youth have a mentally that if they graduate or reach the age of 25,they feel like they are too matured to attend the services, this is one of the major barriers in our church... Secondly, they feel like that the present church liturgy or the worship practices is too old fashioned.. And some youths even complain that sound system in the church is not updated , praise and worship with all those modern equipment are absent.... Those are some major reason in our church, Please advice some ways.. Thank you for sharing

At this point of time church must not only talk about Bible but start talking about mental Health...today's youth are suffering from anxiety, depression, unemployment leading to drug abuse, suicide etc but no one is talking about mental health. I think churches must even employ the best psychologist in future.
We need to choose the right church because now a days servants of God are preaching in flesh,they are serving God just to earn money and denying the power of the holy Spirit. They are not gloryfing God but they are gloryfing themselves if the servants of God live in spirit then the church will automatically grow...
To be honest I believe in God but I don't believe in today's society or the church.. I don't like how the church are actively involved in political issues and such.. I don't like how the Church or the Church Leaders gives more attention to the families who have high status.. I don't like how the church are so much focused in building huge churches more like a competition these days.. I don't like how the Church youth Leaders forget the role of Leadership and neglects the young youths. I don't like how money became so much important factor for a Church. I'm 29 years old I have gone through all these things, when I was a kid sunday school was my favorite whenever sunday comes.. CYE or Devotional I have attended many times, I have even been to youth camps where you have given and taught us lots of good things and knowledge.. But now I prefer staying at home and praying.
