That was awesome a really special event the pilots and tower proffessional as ever, what a great landing footage and top landing for first one on a not too easy runway for this size. Brill.!

trying to find out about this May like this one, booked to go from BRS to SAL Cape Verde in May 2018 on a Dreamliner, no history of 787 flying from BRS to SAL yet.... have i accidentally like this one booked another inaugural flight does anyone know? TUI have been no help...
I have heard they might be using 787 on that route so it is possible. I'm not sure for certain though, hopefully someone will be of more help! Thanks for watching!
starting 16th April (next week) from BRS, booked for 3 weeks time...cant wait. No premium product on offer though, not a long enough flight apparently. So i booked the lounge (Aspire Plus) a bottle of champers for the flight, extra leg room seats (3a +3c) cant take them out can they.... premium for 30 quid not 300 winwin
they are big beasts hahaha, i take off from there tomorrow mornig to ibiza :). that 787 looked to use less runway than my flight to the canaries last december
love watching this back, it was years ago but being on it made all the difference

Fantastic takeoff! One question: How can the Boeing 787 take off on such a "short" runway (2011 m) ?

+rabby120 Yes I have. Nevertheless I still wonder how this is possible because 2011 m are VERY short for a longhaul aircraft, even for the Boeing 787.
