- Just a quick video update. I am off to a new ship called the Maersk Tennessee. Just another of the same ole thing for me though meaning a container ship on the Northern European run. I will have new content when I am finished the job which will be about 2.5 months.

Not on this Euro run never, but on others YES but we have a security team for it on the other runs where it is a risk...

Hai jeff you said some thing important. Its about some vitamins to take down to ship.If you do not mind please give us what kind of vitamins you take on board. again if you don't mind. I think/wish you have very good food on board.take care..........
I like a multi vitamin I take a D3 supplement because we don't get enough sunlight when we are on the ship and also I like to take iron and extra C....
I take C, D3, and a multi....I take D because being in Engine Dept. we don't get the sun as much at all.
