Thanks. Good use of painter's tape so as to not mess up the walls with pencil marks. Every step from start to finish is explained clearly - and the result is excellent!
All you had to do was putting the tape across the frames hooks, pin hole the hook on the tape. Then take that particular tape and place it where you would want it. That’s it
Dam watching someone do it the same way I do it. There has to be a better and faster way. So funny watching someone else do it and I sit back and watch. There is a gadget on amazon for $22 I think I am going to buy it and see if it is an aid or a pain in the tail.
Man, nice job! Great usage of the blue tape. This is gonna make it easier for me to hang the mirror that my wife has been nagging about. Thanks for posting!
The kind of picture hooks you used in this video, are they rated for high weight load? Will those small nails actually hold up the weight of that mirror safely?
Merci, Jacob! Brilliant. Careful of that long level under your feet...
The painter's tape is genius because there is no way around all of the measuring if you want to hang your pictures perfectly. Thank you!

What brackets did you have on a picture first to hang it up

Thank you great
I almost had to stop the video when you were scraping your nail against the wall to peel off the tape. LOL
Great info though. Thanks.

I mean, you hit studs, but it didn't seem like you were expecting to. Are those hooks ideal for drywall hanging only?
@@styleorbust1259 yes is no problem, those 3 nail hooks for for 75 lbs in sheet rock
When you buy the hooks they tell you the weight rating. Say hook is 35 lbs. The mirror is 45 lbs. The mirror is held by two hooks. 2xs 35 = 70lbs
This guy could use the metric system.. he was having a hard time with fractions
What happens if you didn’t hit a stud what do you do?
use a plaster wall mount, best thing & easy 2 use :)
With the type hooks he used the weight will distribute between the "nails" that come with the hook. It doesn't require that you hit the stud at all.
Why not just have the tools necessary to make a video so you dont have to back explain why you are now using the thing that you say you never need ☕
