- For the first time since its original release in the mid 80s, the Air Jordan 1 Low returned in the "Metallic Navy" colourway. Built in the "85" cut to be as close to the OG run as possible, this pair features smooth white leather, with shiny navy blue hits, staying true to how it was meant to look. This was a must cop for me. I’m realizing what shoes I will and won’t actually wear and this made the list. Love the navy and white with the 85 cut.
Copped it for $123 so I definitely got a good deal.

I have the neutral greys and ordered the blues for $104 (136 after tax/fees) from StockX today (Size 12). It’s $6 less already. I should’ve waited 😅
Anyhow, the 85 toe box width is something I wish the “OG” cut had. I get size 12 in OG because the 11.5 is too narrow, but in size 12, the lack of padding leaves just a tad too much slippage. First-world dilemmas, I suppose.
Overall, I find these more comfortable than OGs.
With your half size up t hey look a little big with the gap at the heel but I guess you can’t win them all with wider feet (I have the same problem)

It looks like there's a fair bit of room at the ankle Sean.
If you ever tried on a pair of 85 lows you will realize that there is not a fair bit of room as it may seem
The are clean but they looks so big on you, so much space on the heel

Sean my first 85 low since 85-86 , had to settle for 10.5 instead of normal 11. Because In OG lows that I love 10.5 is fine , & out the box comfort is great.
These not so much , how much break In time (3-4 wears?) before start to feel little wiggle room ?

Love these! The look anyway 😂 missed on these back in 2016 (in OG low), and had to have them now. Seeing how the neutral grey sat, I waited for these to go on sale as well. Pretty much every non-collab AJ1 low in any form sits, it seems. The last few OG lows, I was able to cop at 50% off. What a time to be a (real) sneakerhead.
