    Tawanchai understands the values of modern western training methods and the benefits of training smart, but also has that hardcore Thai training regimen in there too. THe best of both worlds, producing an absolute best. Physically, there isn’t another Thai boxer like him.

    -SQUAT LANDMINE PRESS 8 REPS EACH ARM (3 SETS)
    -HIP THRUST 33 LBS WITH BANDS BEHIND KNEES (eyes forward slow down and explode up, hold at 8, hold for 15 seconds and explode last 2 as fast as you can.) (2 SETS)
    (2 SETS OF ALL OF THESE)
    -BOX DROP JUMPS 8 REPS FOCUS ON BEING QUICK
    -KETTLEBELL SWINGS 16 REPS 25 LBS
    -ARM RAISE CRUNCHES WITH 20 LB 8 REPS EACH SIDE
    (2 SETS OF ALL OF THESE)
    -MED BALL SLAMS 8 REPS 15 LBS FOCUS ON BEING FAST. (replaced exercise since not everyone has a concept 2 machine)
    -BATTLE ROPE 30 SECS
    -DUMBBEL SNATCH 25 LBS TO PUSH UP SWITCH ARM EACH REP. (2 MINUTES)

      Concept 2 machine is a skiing machine if people go to gym you should find one of these

    Thank you! That was informative but short. :) Did he say he spends 2 hours? I assume stretching takes a lot of time as well.

      usually at least 20 mins of warmup adn 20mins of stretching per gym workout. is th erule for everyone one. So i m guessing he spends an hour on strethcing warmup in total

    to gain the most benefits of plyometric S&C coach still need to cue a bit more on the box jump fee like Tawanchai is not giving his maximum

    I wonder how he combines his muay thai training with his S&C training. How many S&C sessions a week will he do to prepare for a fight?

      Tawanchai mentioned in a separate videos that he performs S&C at least twice a week.

      2 times a week he does this type of workout other days is muay thai training where he will do speed, power, endurance on the pads

      I dont think he does this is everyday. Most days normal muay thai training and some days this.

      Monday Friday he does this probably not the same things there will be slight changes every other day is muay thai, rest days, or different type of exercise he mentions that he does Power training, Speed training, Running, and this most likely what he means by that is at the gym he will practice hitting pads fast and retracting fast for speed training or for power training hitting pads as hard as possible throughout the whole session

    Thais fighters should be careful listening to these guys think they allready have it to a t, thats all they need is stronger back and arms for the punch
