Does the orbiturator interns, glute minimus and the piriformus muscle play a role in the external rotation of the overhead squat assessment? Or the tightness of these muscles? Thanks.
Would the glute max also be a tibial external rotator considering it makes up a big component of itb? Also wondering how the lateral gastroc externally rotates tibia, thanks
