There's been no confirmation that TK kidnapped Katey and Stacey after being injected with Zombrex by Chuck, and Chuck's personal affiliations with Frank and Isabela - and the fact that he recognized Marion upon spotting her in Los Perdidos - are stated and shown in DR3. Also, why would Chuck waste a perfectly good dose of Zombrex that could be saved for his daughter on TK? How would TK reanimate if his brain was destroyed after falling to his death in Overtime, and assuming TK DID reanimate post-mortem, how would he and a whole posse of zombies have made it back to the safehouse? The safe house had been wiped of organic life - living and dead - during Overtime. Never trust Wikipedia for video game facts. Look to the DR Wiki!

In the canonical comics that tells what happens between dead rising 1's true ending and dead rising 2, you can see multiple times Frank West doing interviews and being partner with Rebecca Cheng when they go around the las vegas outbreak. So i'm sure they formed some kind of bond before.

I like to think it's more about Frank getting a little craycray himself after all the trauma he's been through combined with the drug he's using.
