There is a very nice trick. Go ahead with the loan but add the option to buy. Give them lots of money for the loan, and reduce the late fee to buy. I have successfully bought so many great guys. Most of the time the club will accept, the problem is more on how you convince the player.
For example, Mappe's price is 150M. Give them ~50-70tr for loaning (almost use the max option) and extra ~80-100tr to buy. Total price does increase a bit (10-20%) of the player price but still a really good deal. For key player, you will never be able to buy them in a normal way with that amount.

If on pc download football life it’s made by the smoke patch people is basically a all in one mod for pes but it does everything and makes it playable. Or just add some more mods to make it better. Like so he can see
