i don't understand how i can finish the frame after i placed it, on youtube you don't explain but rahter cheat it with your admin hatchet, on the wiki it says random numbers of nails and planks but i can't build it no matter how many nails and planks i put in
each blue frame requires dif materials (mats) depending on what tier (1,2, or 3) and what it is (floor, wall, etc). Have planks/nails/logs/sheet metal in your hand and walk near the blue frame for the attach icon to pop up or just get near it and tab, place whatever mats you have in it. Make sure you have the hammer or the hatchet in your hand to build it (the build XXX icon will pop up if you have enough mats in it).
The Workbench that I build only has two slots looks like one is for a knife and the other weapons? Won't let me put a blueprint down, any ideas as to why?
Im having some issues with the stairs and getting them to snap to the floor hatch. I have it set up orientation wise like in the video. What do I have to target? I tried targeting the floor hatch and I snapped to the floor (roof tile) behind it. Any ideas?
Hi, I am trying to snap the floor to the foundation on slightly uneven ground. Three foundation kits snapped great but the floor will not and is always misaligned. Any ideas?
Have your hands empty and walk near it, a dismantle icon will pop up (hold f command) if you do not have any materials attached to it. You will get the kit back if you dismantle in blue form.
Henny, quick questions, but first off, great mod! especially the vectorbuild is a nice addition :). Ive got thousands of hours on ARMA3 Exile which has a mostly similar implementation of base building. Can you adjust the required amount of tools needed to build a wall/floor etc? And, in the future, will an upgrade system be implemented such that a plot pole (flagpole) has various levels that need to be upgraded to extend the (for instance) object limit or available build area? First option will allowe people to just craft walls from various kits without having to do the pesky hauling of logs (like a3exile, straight from all tools to walls). Second option creates more drive into extending your base limits. Exile used this to reward players with x amount of money for a raided flag aswell. Capture a flag of x level and it will sell for x amount of money. This allowed for base raiding without having to grief the entire base for money. Keeps things just a bit more fun knowing your flag will be stolen but most your stuff wont neccessairly have to be. IE: LVL1 base has no objects or range available but raids easy for some quick money. LVL10 base has high object and range count but is harder to raid but sells for alot more. I absolutely loved ARMA 3 Exile (Esseker)!
What do I press to get to the snapping section
no answer.... what a fucking joke
