I love this, Nolan! (I have those same thoughts during yoga...) :) Thanks for sharing the journey of your mind and self-judgement. The process of self-acceptance is such a complicated journey...and yes, thinking better of ourselves is a part of it. You're doing a GREAT job, and you're absolutely delightful to be around. Can't wait to see you again soon!
Aww this means so much to me thank you!!! Can you imagine if we set our mats next to each other at yoga??? We'd prolly have 20 feet between us lol. Thank you for your support, friendship, and help ❤️
oh my, that sounds like A LOT of anxiety! i’m glad you shared, and I hope you feel better after doing so. I also can get really in my head. My instinct is to always to keep it in, deal with it on my own but it always gets worse. When I finally vocalize the anxiety and share I always feel better, and it always allows me to learn and grow. I hope sharing is doing the same for you!
Oh yes absolutely. The more I share, the more I feel like it's something I can own vs be ashamed of. Plus, the more I hear from others saying that they go through the same thing, also makes me feel more "normal" and that I'm not alone which is very helpful 😊
I just watched your vlogs and I had no idea Nolan. You’re such a sweet, talented, and amazing person...don’t exhaust yourself with this negative inner voice. I’ve also been really thinking about what truly makes ME happy and so I’d recommend “52 Lists for Happiness” to help you focus on the positive voice within and I also have Eckhart Tolle’s, “Practicing the Power of Now” on my reading list. Anyhow it’s great to be on this journey with you. 😉 and I give you a ton of credit for even having the courage to ask these questions and on such a public platform.
Wow thanks RMS! I appreciate the company 😊. Thanks for the reading suggestions (although I haaaaate reading!) So maybe we can just meet up and you can give me the abridged version lol.
Do your thing bro! Mahalo for sharing your perspective. We are all in this together trying to better ourselves everyday. May 2019 be a breakthrough year for you. Praying all the best for you on this journey!
Nolan - this was such an amazing video. Spoke deeply to my heart. You are such a great person. I don’t see you as insecure or judging. I think you are so great, so loving, that you are incredibly hyper aware! That’s a beautiful thing, Nolan. I hope when you get caught in your mind about yourself, you are able to have fun with your thoughts and embrace them - the way you do with your comedy or skits or shows when you’re thinking about others or bringing others up. There’s nothing wrong with being so present that you’re thinking about sweat. In fact, may we all take more time to live in the moment. So proud of you, Nolan. Love this video! So much. Alright bye lol
Wow thanks MinKim! It really means a lot to hear from someone I love and respect like you say these things. I never thought about having fun with these thoughts and embracing them. I always thought I was crazy or paranoid but instead if I change my mind set like you said, I think it'll really help! You are the best minster, I'm so grateful for you!
You are amazing Jenn! I go to core power at Ward and do their sculpt class. Although I really need to go more frequently because I'm definitely not using my money's worth!

You are great !!!
I love to see you on your very own UA-cam show.
Continuing to trust your intuition and inspiration ~
Thank you! It's scary but it has been so worth it based on the feedback I've been getting like yours 😊
