Agreed, particularly from the stand point of one who has so often looked back and empathized with this song. I think we all have at some point, hearts get broken, people get hurt, others destroy people's dreams, others strip people of things of importance. We've all been through something that this song can relate to and we all have someone we can direct this song towards for that is why this song is amongst the best (if not the best) songs they did.
I won't lie, I didn't expect Breaking Benjamin to have good nightcore. There are just songs/groups you never do that with, however my big worry was the tone'd be ruined. It just puts it on a higher partial.
