The Barry Sanders 1990 Score Ground Force card graded a gem 10 is fetching between $80/$125 these days. Also anything Joe Montana from the 1988/89 Topps has decent value. I’m sure that you’re probably not going to grade them but market value on a LOT of older and vintage cards are becoming more and more valuable each passing year. Maybe do like I do and keep a separate 2 or 3 tier box for older HOF players that will undoubtedly increase in value. Enjoyed the video as usual especially when I don’t have to see ya sweat opening those high dollar boxes and getting cards that are just as invaluable as most of the “JUNK WAX ERA” cards. Everyone knows that everything is being mass produced now days with TONS of players who aren’t even in THE LEAGUE. 🤦🏻♂️🤣🤣Also wanted to tell Chuck that OUR Cubs are picking up some really good players for this season. 💪🏻✌️💚💛

Hey Eddy, I've seen people open both the Ruby & Diamond versions of this and both looked pretty good.
Have no idea how much they are these days though, but much better pack selection.
I'm actually surprised we don't see more of this and Brothers In Cards. All we seem to ever see is boombox which, IMO, gets a bit dull as everyone gets the exact same thing.

Yeah I used to do them all but honestly they almost cost as much as a hobby box these days and I find I’m to often disappointed with what I get from them
These always make my days to see, it's the randomness that gets me.

Probably in the minority but agree with Ed that these boxes have lost their edge, the random smattering of hobby packs from 5-20 years ago have been whittled down to few and far between and it has taken the sense anticipation away. Really enjoyed those big stacks of multi-sport pack rips the last few months as you never know what’s coming next. Even the cheapest of the boomboxes might be a decent replacement as at least you are still fishing with a decent chance of hits. Will still keep watching though, great work men!

10 years from now, we'll be looking back on todays products as junk wax too.
I'm still tempted to get this sub again though. I don't have much in terms of vintage. This would be a cheap way to address that.
Yeah problem is it’s really only 2 packs pre 90s… be better trying to find packs at the LCS or shows…maybe my next show I’ll try and pick up a bunch of vintage wax packs so I can do ransoms of those?

You could always try random hobby pack openings like Cheddar Bob & Packers Cards 87. If you have an LCS close, you could just go there and pick 10 random hobby packs (in the cost range on a mid end hobby box) like they do… Or if you have a bunch of random product laying around you could take two packs from one box 2 packs from another, etc. etc.… Though that would probably have to be retail random pack openings. Because I know how you love to open full hobby boxes…don’t we all.

Well it's such a bummer that the pack selection is pretty much the same AND I Love these kind of box rips too!! Higher tier pay would be interesting to see IF you do it; also in agreement with another commenter I saw saying they love the multi sport rip random packs ... Only thing I dislike is the stupid soccer cards BUT you always crack me up though trying to pronounce the names of the foreign players SO that kills my lack of enjoyment of the soccer packs but any ways as always you keep us entertained.
I am curious though kinda late SO I'll accept this answer to my question: Who Wins?! Eagles or Chiefs?! Kinda curious if you & Chuck pick the same team OR have a lil friendly bet going on behind the scenes 😉 Any way Nice Video As Always Man!!

You pay for the first one then they recharge the next month the same price and send you another box if that’s what your asking

Terrible stuff a bunch of junk and then blaster packs not worth the 61 dollars. I used to get these but then they started putting junk in them.
