【Vegan】This One Pot Dish Can Only Be Enjoyed in Spring!

- Bamboo shoots and broad beans have recently become regulars on my dining table. These two ingredients are truly delicious no matter how you cook them. That's the charm of seasonal ingredients. Today, I decided to use them to make a pot of braised rice, combined with pickled mustard greens. It's really delicious. I can't help but admire the beauty of spring!
Ingredients:
Three Bamboo Shoots
200g Broad Beans
50g Pickled Mustard Green
Half Carrot
Three Shiitake Mushrooms
Two Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
1.5 Cups of Rice
Seasonings:
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
Salt
400ml Water that Soaked Mushrooms
Tips:
1.The amount of water should be slightly lower than the surface of the ingredients.
2.The rice must be soaked for at least 30 minutes in advance, otherwise it may remain uncooked.

疫情期间买了新鲜蚕豆,第一次各种吃,好像很喜欢。最近很想吃水萝卜,香椿芽,蚕豆豌豆鲜玉米。
