    In this video, Grant explains how to build massive work capacity for training, life, and sports.
    Your work capacity is your ability to maintain athletic output without beginning to fatigue or lose intensity. This is hugely important for those wishing to be competitive in pretty much any sport or martial art. You can be the best athlete in the world; but once you start to get tired, it's game over.
    It's also extremely important in the gym. Here, your work capacity dictates your ability to keep training and to maintain a high quality of workout. Once your energy begins to wane, you'll stop making meaningful progress. Simply put: greater work capacity means great potential for intensity AND volume.
    But many people have no idea how to build work capacity. Many find this style of training gruelling, or boring.
    The good news is that training work capacity can be easy and fun. And it follows the same rules of progressive overload, recovery, and super compensation that other forms of training do.
