my phone got stolen, same phone realme 8i. If the thief will do this to be able to access my phone, will it delete all the data and apps there? I hope so.
After hard reset previously logged in Google account is required to unlock the phone
Wipe data option is not there only format data is available
Both are same and I would like to inform you that after hard reset all stored data files will be deleted

Type any password 4 to 5 times continuously & forget password option will appear then try to open it through otherwise do hard reset

I would suggest you follow video instructions carefully to do it successfully without any problem and after hard reset when asked for password tap on skip and use previously logged in Google account to unlock the phone
