Crate Erecting machine - RPC Erector

When your business uses folding crates, a fully automated folding and unfolding device can save you significant labor costs while increasing efficiency. This machine can operate as a stand-alone or can be integrated in a processing line, and can handle many different types of folding crates. Crates with a stacking height up to 2300mm can be supplied straight from the pallet. The integrated destacker has a capacity of 600 crates per hour. The unfolded crates leave the machine automatically and can then be transported to the desired location.
Due to its modular setup, the folding and unfolding device can be installed with an extra supply buffer, to allow entire pallets with crates to be supplied to the machine. For the automatic stacking of crates an integrated stacker is the perfect extension to this module.
