Lovely presents for Miles, he will love them all. Darcy has a tonie box which took ages to get her into but now she listens to every night before bed and plays them when playing in her bedroom. A great idea, I would have loved it when small! Xx
I completely agree with the tablet dilemma. I always said how much I disliked kids being glued to tablets before I had my own, and how I wouldn't use them etc... to which I got the classic comments of "you won't be saying that when it happens!" and all of that sorts. But nope, still haven't had one, and he's thriving, imaginative etc. I don't regret my decision to not buy a tablet, and I am glad it is a habit he's not formed, especially seen as they seem to end up at the dinner table too as I have seen... I am not judgemental but I feel there are many other ways for the kids to learn and grow, and to give the parents some peace through other means such as these story telling devices. He's got some lovely presents here, and love the books. 🎅
Yeah I mean each to their own.. I think because tablets weren’t a big thing when the other two were little I see it as just a non essential.. we have a switch and on the odd occasion I’ll let him have a short amount of time on it.. but he can get frustrated when his time is up etc.. and even annoyed at the game, it causes outbursts for nothing. He’s so much more content just playing and i think it’s just such a better way of learning tbh especially at this age.
We have finished for our 5 little ones, but are struggling with the 5 eldest ones. The toy sales have been great xx

Thanks! Oh that’s good to know! Yes I’m hoping it will be a little bed time routine thing and useful travel gadget 😊
