@@souravpalchowdhury7288 Allah does not like talaq, but for various reasons one can't stay with another and if they decide not to stay each other then they can go for talaq maintaining some Quranic procedure, Allah allowed it as the final decision where there is no other ways. তিন তালাক, নিকাহ হালালা are controversy, you need to know the procedure which is described in Quran, many laws are established mixing with the local society and culture, that is not Islam, you need to follow Quran to find out Islam, huge hadith are also false, because in the life time of our Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, he did not permit to write hadith, he only told to write only the Quranic verses to protect Quran from mixing with Hadith, that's why you should not believe all hadith without judgement and getting the reference of strong sources but Quran is pure as like as before 1450 years ago when it was revealed, and so at first compare the establish laws of muslim society with the Quran and then judge, if both are 100% same, it's the Order of Allah and if any mixing available then it's established according to maintain social demand, many times society has accepted islam but they could not 100% reject their traditions, that's not Islam. as an example in Quran for talaq 1 person will take 3 months, one month for 1 talaq and will try to compromise and discussion, next month will stay separate and in the mean time if they will understand that they need to stay together they will back otherwise after 3rd month they will be accepted as talaq, people wants to do anything instantly and so they forgot the QURAN and made wrong system, as for example you can think about Bangladesh & many Muslim countries which are Muslim populated but government is telling that they are secular country and so they are making laws avoiding Quran. you know in court also you can instantly go for divorce, but Quran/Islam had given best procedure. Quranic system is the best system. Quranic system is the best system.
