Heartbreaking as this is, Rani has at much better than she might know: she at least got to say Goodbye to her grandmother, who died simply of her age - truly completing her journey across the Circle of Life. Kion only got to meet his grandfather as a great king of the past, after he died. And Simba and his children never had the chance to say their goodbyes to Mufasa because of Scar. He murdered him before it was his time, and almost destroyed Kion's family before it could even begin.......though ironically, he only ended up being the catalyst for Simba and Nala to have their cubs. Even so, it's NEVER easy to lose someone you love, and who was family to you. But Rani has Kion to be there for her, along with her friends, and the rest of her family: adding to this sense of irony this mournful scene has, while also making it endearing at the same time. Say what you want about this series, good or ill. But as old as I am, I have no regrets for watching this show from start to finish. It was a seemingly simple, yet somewhat.... wonderful treasure that can be appreciated for what it is. I know that I appreciate its existence, and i'm glad I got to experience it while it lasted. Just like the Great Circle of Life.:)

Bruh that was so random
This voice actor voices Shala’ran in Mass Effect!
Let’s be honest everyone cried when they watched this.

My Eulogy Statement: To Queen Janna. A wise and reasonable Lion Goddess of Life. Though her death is somewhat an honorable one surrounded by the loved ones of Rani and the Night Pride. Like so many tragic losses (Mufasa, Qui-Gon Jinn, Yoda, Cosmo [Sonic X 2003-2006], Twilight Sparkle [MLP: FiM - The Movie 2017], Commander Thorn, Ninety-Nine, Hardcase, Fives, Gregor, Dutchess Satinne {Obi-Wan Kanobi's Wife} [Star Wars: The Clone Wars & Rebels], and others)... Grandmama Janna's Death is but a peaceful one, just like Mufasa would've wanted if he would still be alive from the stampede. For Luna and The clear night of the Great Queens of the Tree of Life's Past, For Shadows of the Moon, may the Stars above the Universe guide Janna to the Heavens and The Afterlife of both The Lion Guard and to the Night Pride of the Tree of Life within us all. Grieve for her, Wakan Tanka. For Night and Moon, To future and Life for Queen Grandma Janna!
Janna Live Janna, Mti wa Uzima Udumu, Kwa Jamhuri yake ya usoni!
May she Rest In Peace, To our Queen, To Grandmama Janna!

The sad thing for me is that i never had grandfathers or grandmothers, well i had a grandmother but she never loved me as a granddaugther because she was a fucking mean and selfish woman, so I never feel and I'll never feel the grandmother's love, she died a month ago for cancer, i'm alone now.
Who have grandparents doesn't know how lucky he/she is, 😭😭😭😭
Janna was kinda old and tired. Her time had come
Rest In Lion Heaven, Janna, We'll Never Forget You. :'-(

It's the first time to anyone cry in the show
Igor Tchelzoff apart from Timon and pummba in the earlier seasons and ziru cries in the pilot I think
This made me cry it’s so sad and heartbreaking and I showed my dad to see his reaction and he cried a little
This is sad
Aww poor rani..bless her...I love rani...janna is sweet and played by someone who was in my favorite show NCIS YAY!
It seems that the lion king franchise has a fetish for death.
Wouldn't be the circle of life without death
@@raijyn2452 it actually makes the whole concept a lot better, cause it circulates emotions. Joy-grief-joy. Classic & always interesting to watch.
