सर मेरे एस बी आई लाईफ में इसी प्लान में एक लाख चौवन हजार जमा है मुझे छह सौ चौरानवे रुपए मासिक पेंशन मिलती हैं मैं पालिसी सरेंडर करना चाहता हूं। मुझे कितना पैसा वापस मिलेगा।
Can this SBI Annuity Plus be invested in joint life between Mother and Son.Mother is 67 yrs. and her Son is 37 yrs. After death of Mother can her Son continue to get same pension as his Mother was getting.Amount of Investment is 15 lakhs.Pl reply.
Information received from my friend,
One person age 78 , SBI bank sold Rs 10 Lakhs annuity policy after 30 days person Died, while inquiry with person from SBI who sold policy they replied to Nominee you will not get anything , it's very shocking, where as Nominee name is mentioned on policy document,
If nothing will be payable why they mention name of Nominee on policy document the question arises
As per my knowledge they Bank or their representatives sold wrong policy or annuity option, it give very bad image of SBI bank and SBI Life Insurance ,

No. Annuity income is considered as regular income hence taxable at applicable rates.
Can I claim deduction for 80c
@@vanajakshimathapati1768 there are benefits under section 80ccc and section 10A. However please check with your chartered accountant for more details. My knowledge on the tax benefits is derived from basic research only.
