As professional Opinion, Domt fall into the Trap Siddha is a Medicine, I have personally seen totally Treatable people in my life died because they chose to get treated the Natural way, Please Understand Natural way = Healthy (Natural Nalladhu naa Arali vedhai ah Kudipingala), It has it Harmful effects. As professionals we suggest Allopathy is because - Most of the things are documented, even if we dont, someone from far corner of the world will document things for Referance, and Modern medicine is a Evidence based Medicine, For eg: During COVID times, some doctors believed Remdesvir helped, But our own doctors Proved it wrong and We all stopped using it, We accepted we were wrong. You dont find that with any other "NATURAL" Course of Medicines.

And most importantly use only offline materials for effective learning
Complete chapter by chapter Evey week
You have lot of time
Make yourself strong in Biology
But most importantly don't always keep your biology book and leave other subjects
To be Frank, since you are getting 280s out of 720
Improve subject by subject I would say
First bio and chemistry make them 80% through atleast and attend exam then you must score like 450+
Then pick up physics and read along with it
Don't stop reading just because your marks are not improving much but make sure that you marks increase gradually...
You are ready for final NEET exam means you can get to know that when you are getting more mistakes in biology and nearly no mistakes in physics and chemistry..

I personally would suggest going for Paramedical, You can get a Degree In Biomedical Engineering , somewhere which is tech and Research oriented and Upskill yourself
I am suggesting this coz, The worth of MBBS is very less in Tamilnadu right now, And you think doctors would be treated better, but No thats not the truth

You have a Very Narrow Margin, please attend the Counselling, you have a chance to get gmc, In case you dont, If you can afford, then you can choose a Self financing seat in a Good pvt college, Most pvt colleges have very good teaching, patient experience could be less, But when you do your pg in a gmc, you can get compensate it , and Learn more. My suggestion would be not to waste a Year trying only for GMC

It comes to your decision thambi, Do you want to utilise another year for MBBS or do you want to carry on with your life as it comes, BDS is not a bad choice, But choose it for the right reasons. But if you are looking to repeat this year, you can beat the idea of i am bad at physics and Push yourself to emerge in that, Only if you think you can do it, you can go ahead with dropping

If you think you have the resources, Like if your parent can support, you can definitely repeat and Join a Good govt medical college, If you are interested, we are ready to provide you a 100% scholarship in Eduideal academy too.
If you or your parents feel that this one year is More worthier than the Medical profession, Then you can go ahead with your plan B.
Personally i would suggest you to repeat as you got great potential.
