  • Are cops now able to monitor anyone from anywhere, not just from behind a desk? Apple’s new Vision Pro is making that possible, and it’s happening right now in California
In this video, I break down how this is happening and is it legal for police to use the Apple Technology to create virtual real time centers to spy on you!

@@TheTubejunky We have a private contract with our sheriffs department for neighborhood security. They are LEO and subject to the same laws while performing contract work as public work, so their body cameras have to be on and the GPS in their cars have to be active. You should see how pissed they got when one resident filed a FOI (Freedom Of Information) request for body cam recordings and GPS data on their cars. It was hilarious. They constantly hide behind dumpsters in the neighborhood for hours on end, sleeping. They rarely patrol. They absolutely do not like being looked at, especially through their own equipment.

I'm sure that Franklin would be a little horrified at the multiple ways that humans currently have developed to be monsters to each other far beyond what they had in his day. Besides, that quote had nothing to do with this issue when he first used it. It was about the right of the _local_government_ to lay taxes on its lands in perpetuity (the "essential liberty") to be sold for outside assistance with frontier defense from current aggressors (the "temporary safety"). The relinquishment of the "essential liberty" was permanent. The "temporary safety" was not. Not matter what the context is that sounds like a bad deal.

We now have South American gangs running entire parts of towns and cities! We have Muslim Shari enforcers marching the streets in some towns and cities and THAT IS ON TOP OF THE CRIME WE ALWAYS HAD!!
The drug abuse in this country is absolutely the highest its ever been at ANY point in our history! With one drug in particular coming across the border that is so powerful that a gallon jug full could wipe out an entire city! And our borders are wide open!

@@demonpride1975 Mass media is the reasons people think it's so dangerous out there today. Think about it. We're exposed to an ever-widening array of current violent events because violence sells news. The media simply didn't have the same access to violent stories "when I was a kid" that they do today. When you get shown all the gory details of all the violent crimes from every small corner of the country it's hard to believe that anyone is safe out there. I'm not saying it's perfect out there, but the homicide rate now is much lower per capita compared to the late 60's through the mid 90's than it is higher than the "golden safe years" of the 40's through the 60's. Even the child abduction scares of the 80's were way overblown because of the sensationalist scaremongers in the news made it look like it was happening everywhere. Let's not even go too far into the basically non-connected crimes all attributed to the "Satanic Panic" just because it sold newspapers and advertising slots like wildfire.

Don't worry, IR and Thermal cameras can't really see though walls. I don't know where the commentator got that idea, but it isn't true. Like any other camera, what they see is surfaces. Now if your house was poorly insulated and you leaned against a wall for a half our or something, long enough for the wall to get warm on the outside, maybe they could, but if you are inside of your house seated in a chair, neither of these camera types will detect you.

This wouldn't be an issue if officers had proven themselves trustworthy, and were held accountable instead of hiding behind their qualified immunity. So long as it is "rules for thee but not for me", there is no trust. In case people haven't been paying attention, recently a Florissant (Missouri) Police Department officer recently took 'adult' pictures that were on a woman's phone during a traffic stop without her knowing. Even though he was found out, it would be naive to think he's the only one willing to abuse his power ...Now imagine if he had this kind of surveillance?

It was dismissed but it has done so much permanent damage to my mental health , I now have so much anxiety that it is impossible for me to go out into my yard anymore. My grass got so high I had to bush hog like a hay field. I never go to town without a body cam, dash cam, a slingshot and two throwing knives. I have been harassed for over 4 years . I filed a federal lawsuit against them mainly to keep them from making me go missing. I have talked to the FBI and I have filed every complaint imaginable. I can not rely on police if something happens out here. I have been terrified every winter because I have to store hay in my second carport ( for my horses) I'm afraid they will burn my house down. I don't have family or friends in this town so no one would ever miss me. God I wish I were in Texas but I'm in the same federal circuit as you. So was leaded gasoline and many other terrible things.
Maryland had a lot of bad cases. They also passed crazy laws on leaded paint. It's a pain in the butt when I buy a house that was built before 1979. I have to prove it's safe. Funny thing, leaded paint was an exterior paint though it is routinely found inside houses. I presume they ran out of interior and used what was on the truck. It's expensive to abate.

Maybe "Embracing neighborhood safety?" "Neighborhood family safety initiative?" You would think that with using the cameras, we could reduce the police force by 80%. That might be a fair trade. We don’t have that right now. The trouble is civilians are already heavily restricted to the point of a joke in terms of where we can fly a drone, but police have almost no restrictions on them. I don't want to deny police tools, the problem is the stealthiness of the cameras. What we need is a law requiring any camera the police use to display a light at a set frequency and intensity that is viewable from the direction the camera faces. This way you would at least know if an area is under surveillance.
Police would be able to bypass the light requirement only with a warrant.

I believe they use the AI to add color to the 3D model and that they can use VR goggles to virtually come into your room and lie down with you. I could tell you stories. At the same time I know they will have a tendency to use it for nefarious reasons, and for that reason there should be major limitations on their use. For instance they could be able to look in real time at any time, but if they want to see past footage a warrant is in order, because that could be considered a search.

I love your knowledge and information to the people. I survived racist terrorist attacks from certain San Fernando police departments officers in California and perpetrators they coexist with to harm people and children. I was a minor in a town fair and defended a dark skin Mexican Asian kid from a white supremacy bully kid who has ties to racist officers. I became the victim and fought for my life in the hospital with two to three hundred bullet holes in my body. I remember how the officers laughed at me as I was dying in the sidewalk. I never received any criminal or civil justice for the attempted murder I survived! My brother in-law Tom McConnell a security sheriff officer in Lancaster college called deputies on me because I was talking about my ordeals and injustices. The deputies holded me hostage and physically harmed me before letting me go! Tom McConnell told me he stole military explosives from his ex army job. I wonder if he told me that to intimidate me from speaking about my ordeals?!. I also remember a LAPD OFFICER out of nowhere stopped me and asked to see my cellphone and email without any warrant from judge and for no reason! He intimidated me and threatened me to arrest me if I wouldn’t let him see my cellphone and emails! So I did under threat of violence towards me and freedom taken from me! He seemed very creepy! Not sure if he was another kkk officer or kkk child predator officer? And another time a few detectives from LAPD arrested as a minor for a murder they swear I committed. They were so horribly wrong! I almost got life in prison as a minor if they convince me to sign a paper saying I did. Thank goodness i didn’t and it seemed that another detective team caught the murderer because they never bothered me again. I also survived two separate child predator attacks! One was committed by a male neighbor and the second was a male youth center teacher. In both I fought back and escaped! I did help DA investigators in the youth center teacher case. Both of the child predators abused many children. Also have been going through and gone through other misconduct or attacks by other officers or officers and perpetrators attacks. At times when I visit 7/11 stores or Albertsons or Vons markets and or other markets like target or Walmart or Walgreens I hear child predators or racist child predators following close to me. At times it seems that it’s people and at times it seems it’s technology through security cameras. Or cellphones.

So here is my question. If the "public cameras" used to surveil the general public areas all have thermal vison capabilities what is to prevent them from utilizing that aspect to see inside of homes and track your movements within your own home? Sure if they have an actual warrant to do that type of intrusive surveillance it is one thing it is another when they can just turn that feature on and off at their discretion. We all know that will be abuse and because of "qualified immunity" they will get away with it more and more as the technology progresses.
Just like the body cams when they have free reign to turn them on and off or mute them at their discretion it becomes a huge problem in holding them accountable. To me that is tampering with evidence and should be treated as such in the courts.

As it is in my state, I can affirm that license plate readers are being used. I can understand technology being used against actual threats, eg terrorist, or serial k*llers, pred@tors, etc… but against the common people, this is overkill.
