Those who have tasted the combination of ennegayi and jowar roti swear by it.
This famous North Karnataka delicacy with brinjals, stuffed with spices and slow cooked in gravy, is a treat to eat.

Being from prajavani use the right kannada word banale instead of kadayi. Good recipe but we need to use less oil.
Too much oil, oil has been used in more quantity 3 times ! Anythi g cooked with more oil is definetly tasty, no doubt , but not good for health and definetly we cannot use so much oil on regular basis !!
