I see all your videos.
This 1000 sq yd is first of its kind I have seen at UA-cam. I myself lives in builder floor here in Pitampura. What I feel is that these floors have one serious safety issue. And that is that these floors do have provision of second exit in case of an emergency like fire etc. In small plots you can say that there is space crunch (although safety should be utmost priority) but in plots like the one shown here (1000 sq yds 😯) builder should have made it fully safe as per norms of fire safety laid by government.
1) Builder didn't build second staircase. There must exist two staircases at two farthest locations in this plot. one at or near front end and other at or near rear end.
2) Instead of personal lifts of normal size for each floor, there should have been two relatively large size lifts accessible to each floor with decent size lift lobby at each floor. Just imagine 10-12 people coming at once would have to wait for their turn to reach at their floor.
3) Kitchen though, is of a decent size but still it could have been made with a bit larger room area. Width of Island table should at least be double with adjoining room/small area for washing used utensils.

Yes I completely agree with the safety point and most important the lift size. I'm not sure if anyone would need 2 lifts but yeah one lift of good size is must for this property of this price. They can reduce the price of the lower floors as lift of the other floors will be occupying that some considerable space..
