I like this one. I hate tub showers to; I think they look cheap. The floors are prefect. I normally don't like breaking up hardwoods with carpet, but it looks good here, nice contrast. I would make the area upstairs into a media area to but maybe on the other wall. The only thing is the tile in the master bath, I think at some point I would change it. If I bought another house I would defiantly get out of the city.
I agree wholeheartedly, I don't like dark hardwood floors . The hardwood floors in this house are perfect. I love high vaulted and high ceilings. I love a traditional brick home with lots of detailing. Dislike cedar beams or anything that resembles a barn. It takes away from the classiness. 😊😊😊

Nice house. But something I have noticed is that all these homes look the same! Takes some serious effort and budget to make these cookie cutter homes your own. Thanks for the tour!
@@davidgmaloof glad you enjoyed it. I don’t think personally much cookie cutter on something this custom with the attention to details. I appreciate your feedback though and stay tuned for more 😊
Can you please walk and talk at the same time. If you stop telling people how to decorate the rooms, you will cut down a lot of the time taken on one video. I had to literally fast forward just to get thru it. I can understand wanting to sell the property but no one wants to sit staring at a door for five minutes.
@@MsTati67 thanks for the feedback and you may have just discovered my tours, but these are actually not my listings. I do these tours for properties I think are great buys whether new homes, resales, custom homes, etc. I have my own real estate firm here in Greater Atlanta and we help buyers and sellers (both residential and commercial). Clients really appreciate the detail I provide and discussing a detailed approach as opposed to the HGTV version. Thanks for watching
