I literally was looking for a video to stole my off the shoulder top.
I really like the Sam Edelman ones. I have the problem of being plus sized, but not plus sized enough for plus sized boots and much too big for straight sized boots. So I always feel forgotten, which is hard. it’s nice to find ones that actually fit me and flatter my slimmer ankle area and 17 inch calf.
Priscilla Villanueva Same for me! My feet are wide as hell but everything else is on the slimmer side. Especially with Torrid. I always have way too much room in the ankle and calf area. 😔
Me too! I am on the hunt for new boots but I have 16 inch calves that are too big for regular but wide calves look weird on me and don't stay up!

Yessss! A few years ago, I was determined that I was going to get out of my comfort zone. I was looking at heels, but the saleslady convinced me to start out with platforms to transition into heels. Naw, dawg. I tried to go out one night and an acquaintance told me that I look like a baby deer. 😔 The platforms and heels are still in the closet.
I feel this in my soul. Im 5'10 so heels already are a struggle for my amazon ass, plus I'm plus size, so when I fall. its a long ass fall lmao. wedgies I can manage tho

Hi Sarah... It's possible the black Torrid boots with the bows were the extended wide calf, which might account for all the extra room. A lot of their boots come in regular(wide width/wide calf) and extended...

They were huge like yes I need wide calf but this was wayyyyy too wide for most plus women to wear. I am very disappointed with torrid boots this season

I have a 16 to 16 and a half inch calf size going on as of now. I've lost some weight from juicing regularly. I've found its easier for me to fit my old knee high winter boots when I went to try them on now. I got them out because fall is nearing. I wasn't sure if I could get into them since last year they were a struggle lol. I'm so happy I can fit them more comfortably now.
If you are going to the Sandals resort, you HAVE to do the adventure river tubing and island tour. Plus the resort is just BEYOND amazing and you will not want to leave.

My trick for keeping thigh high or over the knee boots up is Velcro. I get a big roll of the kind that has extra sticky adhesive on the back and stick one on each side of the inner top rim and then stick a piece on corresponding spots on my pants at the height that I want the boot to stay... This trick also allows me to get a variety of heights or styles out of my boot by simply placing the Velcro at different heights on my pants and going with more of a slouch look. I leave the Velcro inside of the boot and the use a blow dryer to ever so slightly warm the adhesive on the piece attached to the pants to loosen it and it comes right off... No stains no fuss. (I have tried the hot glue trick but it doesn't work well for me) ps how cute would that black boot with the bows have been with an option to weave/lace a thick ribbon thru that wide opening at the top! Imagine buying multiple different colors of ribbon to interchange to match your outfit... Uuuuggghhhh! That would be so freaking stellar!
That dang SEAM!!!!! I bought the taupe pair from Rue ... a no-go because of the seam (black pair fit like a dream) ordered the same color from Charlotte Russe same exact boot with the same dang seam.
