Seattle 4th of July Fireworks 2008 FINALE!

Song is "Stars and Stripes Forever" by Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops. Taken from my digital camera from Gasworks park. The fireworks are on Lake Union. Taken on 7/4/2008. Video skips a little in the middle because I merged two files.

Just the fact that you got a spot at Gasworks Park with no one in front of you is incredible enough. Great show. I plan to watch from my sailboat this year.

Arthur Fiedler has a special place in my heart, but it was Sousa who composed Stars and Stripes Forever. It became the signature encore piece of the Boston Pops under the baton of Arthur Fielder.

i have been to every fireworks show on lake union for over 10 years and every year gets better and better! i plan to videotape this years show, so watch out for it! great video! and desertdog is right about what they said.
