This is called stage fear. You can overcome it through excessive practice.
Sir ,its hard to prepare and cover each and every topic so what can we do if we dont have sufficient knowledge about the topics given by the GTO for speech .

W/Salam .Appreciated bruh, actually I do read the newspaper daily ,the articles in the newspaper and I also try to cover the latest global trends (current affairs ) but still we may face this sort of situation That's why I asked if Sir can guide us about that .Shukrn once again.@@waqaslatif3365
@@waqaslatif3365Sir already mentioned the way of how to initiate the speech ,like pehly greetings exchange kary maintaining eye contact with the group members and then proceed with the process ...like intro of topic,main body and then conclusion
Public speaking topics are common topics. These are mostly related to our common problems, issues, news and things we see and hear in our day to day life. In case you don't know about the topic then you can ask the GTO to explain it to you or in worse case you can request to change the topic but this is not recommended.
