Slow Living Saved My Life

I recorded this before I was asked to do my last video, but put it on hold for a couple of days. It contains mention of issues that were highlighted in my previous video. This was coincidental, not intentional.
Three heart attacks and cancer, and yet I'm still happy and at peace with what I have now, and what may come in the future.
I'm convinced my lifestyle and mindset are the reason I'm still here, and enjoying life.
