    Argh, I of course meant bullfinch!!
    I need to check these English names better when I am editing... Sorry guys!

      These are just errors I could have avoided by checking it out on Wikipedia...

    'I don't want to sit in a hide and make someone else's photo'. That's a brilliant quote Jeroen and something I agree with. Great vid too.

    Very envious of the Bullfinch pictures Jeroen. They are one of my nemesis birds. I never seem to have any luck with them.

      @weylintracking-worldwide  4 роки тому

      Bullfinch, NOT goldfinch. Argh, in the Netherlands we call them goldfinch (but then the Dutch words of course....).
      I need to check those names...

      I hope I get another chance. As this photo is far from what I hoped a photo looks like...

    Very enjoyable presentation, I have also just built a similar pool out of an old car roof box, a pallet and 4 posts. I am also going to put a small “fence” of chicken wire about 10cm high down the sides to help persuade the birds to go to the right end... when the UK lockdown ends of course! :-)

    I really enjoyed this video. I have a natural spring on my farm that I turned into a bird oasis this past summer. I think I am going to redo it this year and make it into something like this and place my hide near it. Thanks

    Hello Jeroen, thank you for another great video! Can you tell me the rough dimensions of the pool ?

    • @weylintracking-worldwide
      @weylintracking-worldwide  4 роки тому

      No idea exactly, it is gone now.... But it was about 1,2 meters square I think. It was not that big. If it was permanent, I would have made it bigger. Much longer!

    Leuke video weer Jeroen, de gevoerde jas die je aan hebt lijkt mij ook lekker warm, je vermeld alles aan gear wat je gebruikt, behalve de kleding haha ;) van welk merk is die jas ? :)

    • @weylintracking-worldwide
      @weylintracking-worldwide  4 роки тому

      Dat is Buffalo, een Brits merk. Kan je onder andere kopen bij Siegurd.nl. Is echt de moeite waard. De heupband van de rugzak kan bv door de buikzakken heen waardoor het daar luchtig blijft, en dus warm. Britse special forces gebruiken die jas ook...

    Really interesting, and beautiful photos too. It looked like you pushed the shutter button, wouldn't it also be a good idea to use a wire or remote control? Although I didn't notice any unsharpness from shake in the pictures.
