- This video is two-part series about easy growing aquarium plants for your Planted aquarium. Today we will discuss about beginners aquarium plants or low tech aquarium plants that are east to grow.
Low tech plants are nothing but plants that can survive low light, low co2 plants, of course still the water parameters and everything needs to be good.
Anubias is one of the best low tech plants. slow-growing plant but can grow in low co2 and low light.
cryptocoryne plants are some of the best beginner aquarium plants. All the foreground, midground, and background are all available in low co2, low light. Your entire planted aquarium can be set up using the only cryptocoryne.

Yes you can put ferns in high light, can you tell me why ferns will grow well in high light ??

@@pmichaeles simple, plants love light, ferns mostly grow in tropical forest areas and have adapted to grow with lesser light, so they are considered low light, but in fact when there is enough light they tend to grow faster and more dense

Sir, one thing I would like to know that if co2 is available in air which all plants are taking from air and grow. If we use a air pump in aquarium all the time, and naturally co2 in air mix with the water, in that case will it not sufficient for aquatic plants to grow in aquarium. Please guide me.
you are correct, but the amount of co2 in the air is small quantity, and oxygen is more
same way in the air pump also the co2 is very very less and not enough for the plants to grow

Like all creatures need Oxygen to breathe, all plants need Co2 to survive and grow well also there is nothing low tech in Nature

Liquid CO2 or Gluterhaldehyde or any other similar products act like a steroid, the plants will grow fast for a couple of months and the suddenly die out,
I think it is a waste of money, time and there is no learning involved
also Glutei can also be harmful and studies show that it can cause cancer
