sounds more like insecurity than success. maybe try to learn how to enjoy it and make it part of your routine and stop worrying about what somebody else is doing.
When I started getting in shape again about 3 years ago, I went every day twice a day for a month and then after that 4-5 days a week. Building that repetition early made it easy to keep it in my routine once I wasn't going every day anymore.
You got this shit man! You'll be so happy you started a few months from now. I'm 5 months down and 70lbs down also and it feels amazing. My skateboarding has been getting better and better and even tho I still have 100+ more to lose I'm still so happy I started when I did. Good luck on your journey homie
what are the odds, i just started working out again too i’m on day 9. i was in the best shape of my life @ (20yrs) then life got tough n i started drinking/turning up + i stopped working out and gained the weight back. now being (22yrs) 4 months no drinking/parties, trying to eat better, saving money (stopped buying shoes/clothes, quick 10$ corner store buys). overall just working on bettering myself….so ima just this is motivating me to keep going 🙏🏾 90 Day Challenge

nah fs gave me motivation to get back to it. Was on my grind heavy for like almost a month straight back in january then got hella sick and never got back on it, but after watching the vid i know i just gotta get myself to do it regardless of whether or not my body wants to. I need to get my routine in order. I’m in Alaska so weather fluctuates heavy can’t skate everyday so when I can I try to go hard but on down days man I waste time fo sho
Brian, this is such a good change for you I promise you you will not regret going to the gym I used to be 300 pounds. I am currently about to be close to 215 pounds. I’ve been in the gym for about 3 1/2 years. You were the reason why I started skating and I’ve always wanted to see you getting into the gym. I’m so glad you finally made this change. And just remember stay disciplined.

For me i used to skate all day everyday and now I’ve been in the gym for 2 years made insanse progress. I don’t really skate anymore cuz I rolled ankle or sprained wrist or someshit would jsut mess up my progres. Idk I want to be able to balance it out and start skating again but not sure
