OR...sprinkle the bananas with a small bit of lemon juice to prevent them from getting black. BUT...to be safe, prepare the batter first and THEN the bananas. When I made this, I made double the batter. Poured half the batter in the bottom and then added bananas and covered it with remaining batter. GREAT CAKE!

Banana dessert looks great and easy to make, you forgot the flour conversion. I’ll ask Siri. I will have to tweak the recipe a little. I’ve never seen powdered vanilla & it takes a lot of sugar for a diabetic. Judging on how fast it disappeared it was delicious! Thanks for all the conversation you did give. That’s so helpful when I’m trying to get it all written out.

Banana dessert looks great and easy to make, you forgot the flour conversion. I’ll ask Siri. I will have to tweak the recipe a little. I’ve never seen powdered vanilla & it takes a lot of sugar for a diabetic. Judging on how fast it disappeared it was delicious! Thanks for all the conversation you did give.
