Polenta: Spring Waterr, White Corn Meal, White Wine, Unsalted Butter.
BOWL ONE: Organic Spinach, Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Feta Cheese, Peeled and Sliced Black Plums. Add Polenta and Minced Lavender.
BOWL TWO: Polenta, Crushed Sichuan Peppers, Lime Juice, Minced Bee Balm(Monarda), with Fleurettes.
BOWL THREE: Polenta, Organic Blueberries, Vermont Maple Syrup.
