@@ash-man603Dusty leaning on the upside-down truck, laughing his ass off was funny as shit, and never fail to make me smile whenever I get to that part in the film.
*Jo: We're moving to intercept, guys! Get ready to set up!* *Rabbit on radio: You got it!* That shot where the camera slowly pans from the back of Jo's truck and up towards the reveal of the first tornado gracefully gliding across the field, gives me goosebumps every time I watch this awesome movie. It's a terrifying, yet beautiful reveal of it. Guess that's why that one Van Halen song for this movie is called: *respect the wind.*
0:04 - 0:11. Such a fantastic job showing us our first Tornado in the movie set to this angelic harmony. I seriously doubt the new "Twisters" movie is going to capture this effect on any level.
@@ToreDL87 I think they're billing it as a sequel. Look "Twisters" and you should be able to find the trailer. And yeah, it doesn't look like it's going to do any justice to the original unfortunately.
As someone who watched this film to death as a kid, this music is nostalgic for me. Twister ost isn’t my favorite film soundtrack but I really love the Gregorian chants. They very much emphasize the might of the tornado every time it appears in the film.
Yeah I think it’s weird that the movie calls it an f1. An f1 (or EF1 today) would not be able to lift a truck in the air like that. Judging by what the tornado did to the truck and the barn, I’d say it had to be at least an EF3.
@mushroom_tornado2945 you're right, I've been a Professional Tornado Hunter for 10 years now, it doesn't matter the thickness of the Tornado, it matters the speed
still find it so fucking funny that Dusty is laughing his ass off while Melissa, a therapist, was just thrown into storm chasing and is now traumatized by a truck landing in front of her

The Barn Burners (Jo, Bill, and their crew) respected the wind. Jonas and his boys did not.

yeah fr though it had to be at least ef2 or ef3, but it was made in 1996 before the ef scale was made so...

More so an EF3 would be that strong
@ezralaslunarautumn7768 yes, an EF-2 would shift car, 1 shift it a tiny bit, and 0 just shake it
" Tighten your seat belt!"
I hope you don’t mind but I would like to point out an error that the full title of this track is called “In the Ditch/Where’s my Truck”
Dude, are there any other groups that make choir music like this?
Two Steps From Hell is absolutely epic👌
Yes, listen to the death note soundtrack
