Yo Tony I also think that the best Chicano album of all time has to have Frank V on it. His first album called Mexican power was dope but I think that his 2005 album called “Ol’ Skool Wayz” was his best album. Every song on there was bad ass. My favorites on there were “hardest Latin rapper” and his two songs that he dedicated to his mom and father.
Man ima miss the rodium podcast, to me it was the adam22 podcast but just better in a way idk, I hope Tony brings the podcast back one day but I completely understand why he’s gonna shut it down in a way cause you know he’s gonna be burnt out, much love from Wilma’s
Ohh this is a old podcast here. Lots of things has happened between then and now. Didn't John Elkins ran away with half of the chicano rap documentary footage and other filming equipment? The documentary had to start from scratch :( its almost finished or should be at this point since Tony A said he only needed 4 more people to interview earlier this year.
Tony’s story about John Elkins is way off. He needs to pick one, on American cholo podcast. He said that John was scared because of situation girl who said she got raped. This time his story sounds way different.
This podcast was recorded like in 2022 and only released now. Tony also said John Elkins ran away with half of the Chicano rap documentary footage that was recorded, and other filming equipment that was bought by the donations. All of this happened around the same time of the sandy pants situation.
