I've never been so fond of cooking until I discovered Chef Ranveer. A genius of one kind. I've been staying alone for quite sometime and cooking has always turned out to be a cumbersome task; but apparently it doesn't anymore. I genuinely love cooking my own meals now. I wish Sir Ranveer all happiness and glory. I'll probably never be able to repay what you've taught me. Lots of love from a "বাঙালি".

This recipe was posted by many UA-cam channels long back. I had watched videos in Malayalam and also tried those. Tuned out yum! The slight difference is the pan cooking. They had steamed. After steaming and cutting, they had fried it. Finally they added it to the sauce.

Dear Chef. Thank you for the recipe. Right now I am stuck in my hostel due to lockdown in West Bengal and could store too many eggs from local market just before the closure. I tried this recipe myself and it became so famous among my friends here and they called it "Chilli Egg cake". Thanks for showing such a simple but beautiful recipe for hostelier like us. @Tech Garden I want to suggest you that don't use plastic or polybag but instead of that you can use a steel or a aluminium bowl 🥣 to put egg mixture into it and then put this bowl in another large bowl filled with boiling water...
@@sayantanmukherjee5027 I understood that part. And then he’s talking about taking that bag of “cold beaten egg” and dip it in a pot of boiling water. That’ll essentially release the toxins from plastic into food. Got my point?
