Yes... but they're like incredibly rare to get, more so than any other 'special' item they've done before.

I have all of the enhancements for the gobbledy gooker except for the ultimate and I still can't put any in the fusion also can you pull the enhancements off of the draft board
You can only put them all in once you have all of the enhancements. And yeah, they're pullable off the board. How did you get so many?

Its ridiculous to see even you struggle with fully levelling these cards. The amount of cards it takes to level the new ones is stupid. A fully levelled level 70 Titan Card when used to train another Titan card at level 0, no longer gives you a level 70 titan card, its a 65-68 card, which is actually some dumb bs. They need to fix a lot for s5.
