I would love to know why this property has been on the market for so long... I've only recently become acquainted with this property via the Sotheby's International Listings - - - but noticed it has been available for well over five years... What are your thoughts as to why it has sold??? (serious inquiry by the way)...

Hi How are you, the house has being in the market for very long time. The house is very unique in design and location, not for everyone, it's a nice home. I would also say that seller is a little difficult as well so there are some factors that may have affect the price. I think this house needs a more realistic price.
