Maybe Sam can make an entire video of his recovery story? Or maybe all three of you can talk about your experiences with over-training and injuries?

IMHO Sam should re-name is car hei-long or maybe even better “Hei-Long-Jiang” like North East province in China or direct translation Black Dragon River :)
