This is a great tool. It would be even better if you could also link directly to the home you are showing in the video. Keep up the great work Timothy!
I’m a home tour junkie and this is the most beautiful, well designed home I’ve ever seen. Worth every dollar. I’m truly impressed. Way…way way out of my budget but still most fabulous home I’ve ever seen.
This home is one of the most exquisite I've ever seen. The doors, the ceiling patterns, the color scheme, the luxurious touches. The attention to the little details is mind blowing and this is worth every penny. A true stunner that I'm absolutely obsessed with. Well done home builders.
IMO, this home can be described in two words…PURE PERFECTION! Much applause for Raleigh Custom Homes in creating a “thought of everything” floor plan/design.
Now THIS is a nice kitchen for a home of that caliber! That is how it's done. The styling is excellent. That fridge combination is sublime. The scullery is just icing on that finely tiered cake. All I could ask for in a kitchen suite. You don't even need a dedicated pantry closet with this ensemble.
I agree with your screen comment. You don’t want bugs. A seat in every shower. Don’t enclose under the seat for storage. Roof a ceilings should not be complex to avoid mold and leaks.
Parker thank you very much! Unfortunately it was just a quick turn and burn trip but we are always in and out of the area, so I just may take you up on that one day! 😃
Wow! Only complaint about the $3M home (loved saying that😂) is there are essentially two huge kitchens and a relatively small owner’s suite bathroom and closet. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but the home in general is stunning.
I agree about the kitchens. Both very lovely but unnecessary, at least for my lifestyle and surely most people’s lifestyle. I’d make another use for the back kitchen.
Love this home timothy this one is my favrite i have a lot of favorites but this one is now my favrite thank you for showing us this amazing home timothy Sincerely Anja
Extremely beautiful and well built-a lot of thought put into the design-absolute dream home-love every bit of it. Raleigh is a great place to live as well-my favorite washer and dryers-almost like the builder read my mind
@@jadathemango8641 7017 Rainwater Rd. Raleigh, NC 27615, I grew up in this neighborhood in the first generation of homes. These massive homes are a result of teardowns in this country club neighborhood that was initially built in the 60s and 70s.
Thanks for these videos Timothy. I'm loving them. My thoughts on this awesome house..... Kill the skullery. I've never understood the need for those. Push the exterior wall forward and turn it into a second office/craft room for the wife. I'm a woodworker so would actually like a 4 car garage; 2 for cars, 2 for sawdust. Bedroom 2 is gone. Having to walk through the kitchen like that is weird. Extend the left exterior wall so that it's either in line with or just short of the entry to the garage. Turn the closet into a half bath and make it into the exercise room. This removes the full bath along the screened in porch wall which means the exterio match room can slide to replace. Then the closet just past the kitchen and the space that was the exterior bathroom can be the walk-in pantry. Finally, turn the exercise room and yoga studio into 2 more bathrooms. (My gf and I have 5 kids between us.) If this is built on a basement, you can have the in-law suite down there, along with more social space or even an in home theater. Now, I gotta get some overtime at work.......
I have no idea why I’m crying! This is ABSOLUTELY, OVERWHELMINGLY OUTDONE! OH MY GOODNESS! I wonder if they’d allow you to have a horse! The Feng Shui! Oh my gosh! ❤ My God! My God!
Wow, beautiful! Usually I can find one or two things to complain about but this one is just perfect. If only I had the three million dollars to buy it!
❤ HEY EVERYONE! PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE THIS VID for Tim! It helps him get a few pennies from the advertisers to support his fam and cont to bring us these beautiful hms! ❤ Thank you a bunch!😉
Fabulous! First class kitchen and let's talk about that master shower! Note...... Master bedroom needs a fireplace. It's a gorgeous home. You do the best home tours!
Very cool house. I would like to see a door option for the outdoor patio idea. That way you have an option to go in and out to the pool without raising the entire screen every time.
This home has a nice layout and interior finishes..But there are a few features that appear to be missing for a 3.5 million dollar home.. I would have definitely added a Pot Filler on back of the stove..But love all the spice shelves and drawers. Maybe added a skylight or wondow to the outdoor bathroom even with the beautiful light fixture..Love the refrigerators Big pet peeve is so many Builders in their Displays or Spec Homes have eliminated any hanging poles in the laundry rooms🤔 As a foundation contractor, in the past 5 years we are seeing more people put ramps instead of stairs in garages..
The "Whole" house in general isn't my style, but dayum I picked Several things out I'd love to implement into my home/next home. That front door for one lol. I really enjoy touring these custom builds with you. So many great idea.
Man id would take that house not even in a heart beat wow wow wow luv this house how much id look at houses all the time on youtube and dream my butt off😂😁❤️❗
Absolutely beautiful home, I live in a new development in Matthews, NC just outside of Charlotte and there are a couple of homes that are close to this one, but the open Floor Plan on the inside is not as big.
The cool rounded door with the circle window was a nice nod to the naval ship scullery theme they may or may not had intended to go for. The door is shaped similarly to that of the doors on navy ships & they of course have sculleries in their galleys.
i'm pretty sure the window above the kitchen sink slides open all the way and forms an indoor out door bar. and that is probably why the pop up outlet is sideways.
Beautiful home in many ways. :-) Not a fan of the master suite opening up off the great room, though. I also have a similar complaint from one of your previous reviews: the fridge is way the heck across the room from the actual prep space. On the up side, I like having an island that does NOT have a sink (or cooktop) in it. Love the scullery (which also includes pantry space).
Hello Timothy! Beautiful place! I'd actually turn that second kitchen into a bigggg Pantry!! And oh boy! There's already a Library and an Exercise/Gym Room! Just have to figure out which Room to use as my Music Studio Office Rooms and Husband's Hobby Room, and I could use a Hobby Room as well. I've always wanted a Room just for the Pets too. Maybe an area inside the garage with a door so they can come inside certain areas of the house? What you think? We have, at this time, 8 cats and 4 dogs. Three of the dogs are outside, with their own dog houses on our front porch. The other dog is an inside dog. One cat is completely an inside cat as she has been blind since she was 3 weeks old. The rest of the cats are mostly inside in the wintertime, but outside the rest of the year, except if they are injured or sick. So I could actually use a room just for them; (my youngest pet right now is nearly 5 years old and the oldest pet is nearly 17 years old, and I've had all of them since they were babies, some I had to bottle feed even!). So I would be willing to spend a little extra on getting them a room to call their own! But a house that cost over $500K is too much as far as we are concerned! Let alone one that's over 1 million dollars! Just the same it is a beautiful house! And we Can Dream!!! Good video Timothy!! God bless you guys!
All cats should be indoor cats. They live much longer without the dangers of the outdoors. Also, cats are very detrimental to local wildlife. Pet cats kill millions of birds and small mammals every year, many of them endangered. A lot of people think cats need to go outside, but they really don't. There are plenty of ways to keep them amused and stimulated indoors. Not only that, but it is illegal to have your cats outdoors in many cities. There was someone in our neighbourhood with a cat trap, and he didn't always call the SPCA to come get them right away. It can be expensive to get your cat out of kitty jail. I've seen people create some really nice enclosed areas outside for their cats as well. When I first got my two kittens I let them outside, because they were absolutely insistent about it. One night they didn't come home, and I didn't sleep for worrying. That was their last time outside. One of them was particularly insistent about getting out, so I started pouring a glass of water on his head. It kept him quiet for the time he had to groom himself dry at least. I found out much later how much trouble they got into in the neighbourhood. I was there when one of them got stuck on our roof and our neighbour got a ladder to save him (at 4 months old!). They also ran into people's houses and made themselves at home, climbed everyone's trees, harassed their dogs 🫢, laid on cars or jumped into them, and would lay in the middle of the road and wouldn't move for cars!! We did notice that when we heard horns honk, so we'd sprint out of the house to get the cat out of the road before someone ran over the troublemakers!! They definitely thought they owned the neighbourhood and everything in it. It didn't take them too long to stop meowing to go outside when we poured a glass of water on their head to stop the meowing. They were very well hydrated for awhile, haha. Almost forgot, one thing we didn't find out until much later is that they chased off the mail carriers by poofing their fur, hissing and growling at them!! We could not believe it, because they were so incredibly friendly normally. My parents had noticed we weren't always getting our mail on time, but couldn't understand why; now they know, attack cats! 😅
I love this! I think I'd turn the scullery into a very large pantry. Keeping the fridge and maybe part of the counter for preparation. Shelving for kitchen appliances. I don't have a large family so I can't imagine a huge kitchen like that PLUS the scullery. The kitchen is amazing! I wouldn't need both together. As for everything else......simply amazing! I get wat you say about the pool, but if you can afford a 3 million dollar home, you can probably afford to hire a pool company to clean it. However, it's really not to difficult with the proper equipment. You could also get a "smart pool" that automatically cleans debris from said pool.

Living/outdoor space combo is pretty amazing.
It's truly a sickness, isn't it? I've had a love/hate relationship with my house obsession all my life.

I really love the fridges that look like cabinets and that door to the pantry 😍😍
I luv how they made the kitchen cabinets like furniture instead of plain ol cabinets mounted on the walls
Beautiful
I am with Jen and ready for a message. Fantastic home, the kitchen is outstanding, and that door with the round window...WOW!
