That's correct! St. Catharines definitely tops the list!

check out "weather spark" to compare cities . St Catharines does not seem to shine any brighter than Oakville or even Toronto and seems to come out muggier in the deep summer weeks

The place is plagued by precarious employment, lack of industry, lack of infrastructure. No connectivity between communities. However, the place has a good arts and theater community.

I Bet they can’t find me a place to live when I move from the U.K. for under $1000

Don't forget that many of the doggy owners are too lazy to take them to the leash free parks, I got bit by a loose one down by the creek last summer.

Everything is too expensive, you cant afford even the bare necessities to life. Im homeless because not even real estate is cheap enough, and im a Canadian citizen 😬

Lots of addiction problems and crime, actually st Catherine's placed 7th in Canadas most dangerous cities. Jobs "hiring" but not accepting anyone but foreign exchange students

Landlords dont take care of their properties, and dont reply to thoes asking for info/viewings. Beaches and parks are dirty, full of needles, homeless/addicts hang out at them. Shopping and dining is expensive 😕 but theres a variety of shops. Schools have catholic school boards, district school boards, private schools, and french emergion schools, although theyre bad for bullying, drugs, fights.
