I had the same prolem after watching your video I had also repair my mop and it works just in one minute or I had not need to cut the mop I just open the rubber and put the oil ...thanks for this helpful video

You can do it but I tried my way where I need not to make a cut on the rod . To lubricat the rod just open the rubber of the bottom and put few drops of mechine oil (or you can use any liquid oil) and move the liver up and down.
it worked for me

वह ज्वाइंट मजबूत जुड़ना चाहिए , इसलिए Araldite (एक adhisive है) से जोड़े । उसके बॉक्स के ऊपर इंस्ट्रक्शंस लिखे होते हैं, उसी अनुसार क्रिया करे।
