Just as Gura said, Ame was the most confident among the Myth members when it comes to streaming especially during their first year. She was the most innovative and had different ideas like VR streams, smol AME, pranking viewers with her stream thumbnails, etc. Add her talent on being the tech savvy one whom every member can rely on, no wonder she become like Myth's cornerstone/support especially during their first/growing years.
the first years was tough, as they have already mentioned. there were only a few EN staff at that time, so Ame's presence was really really important especially on the tech side...
Without Ame we might not have a fun 3D collab, The myth and council might not get the chance to do 3D together. It was the best way for the talents to get to know eachother. Smol Ame is really united all the HoloEN together.
During the chairty stream Ame took a 5-10 min break to recharge one of her VR hand chargers. During that downtime she called into Reine's "RP & Reverse Call-in" birthday stream (around the 1h 4 min mark). and at the end of that call Reine started to cry as well. She kept it in character since she was roleplaying, but I think we can add Reine onto the lists of blue hololive girls sheding tears for Ame.
This is gonna sound weird, but I'd be disappointed if it wasn't Ame. She had a clear goal and she's now at the point to complete that goal so of course she is leaving.
We don't know all that she went through, just that she lost someone close to her she talked a little about when they first started out, but it sounds like Ame has been through a whole lot but still stays so strong. I am sure she is super gentle and warm off stream and just the sweetest thing :'( God I just want the best for her!

I remember the Halloween when council first debuted, Ame put together a big VR chat collab with all of EN (at the time) and at one point, whilst everyone else was yapping and Ame was trying to explain stuff, Mumei walks up to her and tries to get Ame's attention. And of course, in the sweetest way Ane goes "Yes?" Just like this "Hmm?" Ame always felt like she was a bit uncomfortable in big groups, while streaming alone she was her normal, wild, gremlin self. That's part of the reason AmeSame is so beloved because Gura is probably the only other member Ame was truly that silly with. She clearly still cares for all the others too, of course. She was always happy to help them all whenever and however she could. 🥹

I wish I could say something helpful to give you peace of mind, I had my experience when Coco Kaichou graduated and it broke my heart but the best I can say is, don't worry, she'll be around, most of them become friends in real life so they'll be around they are not dying just doing different things. I personally hate good byes, so like Himmel the hero said, no tears or it would be embarrassing when we meet again.
