- పుణె రోడ్డు ప్రమాదం దేశవ్యాప్తంగా సంచలనంగా మారింది. ఖరీదైన కారులో వచ్చి.. ఇద్దరు సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ ఇంజనీర్ల ఉసురు తీసిన మైనర్‌కు......... ప్రమాదం జరిగిన 15 గంటల్లోనే బెయిల్ రావడంపై బాధిత కుటుంబం తీవ్ర ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేస్తోంది. ఇది ప్రమాదం కాదని, హత్య అని..కన్నీరు మున్నీరవుతోంది. ఈ కేసును ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తీసుకున్న పోలీసులు ఇప్పటికే బాలుడి తండ్రిని అరెస్ట్ చేసి....... విచారణను పుణె క్రైం బ్రాంచ్‌కు బదిలీ చేశారు.
మరోవైపు ఈ కేసులో నిందితుడికి కఠిన శిక్ష విధించాలంటూ.......... పుణేలో ఆందోళనలు జరుగుతున్నాయి.

భారత రాజ్యాంగం ప్రకారం నిర్మించబడ్డ న్యాయస్థానాలు ఎంత గొప్పవి అంటే డబ్బు ఉంటే కాలు కింద చెప్పు లాగా పని చేస్తాయి జడ్జీలు ఇంటికాడికి వచ్చి తీర్పు ఇస్తారు, 15 గంటలు అన్నది చాలా ఎక్కువే రెండు మూడు గంటల్లోనే బేలు వచ్చి ఉంటుంది కానీ ఈ విధంగా చెబుతున్నారు, భారత న్యాయస్థానాలు డబ్బు ఉన్నోడి కాలు కింద చెప్పు లాగా పని చేస్తున్నాయి అనడానికి ఇంతకన్నా ఉదాహరణ ఏమి కావాలి, ఇంతకన్నా గొప్ప వ్యవస్థ ఎక్కడ ఉంటుంది తప్పు చేసిన వాడిని శిక్షించలేనప్పుడు భారత శిక్షా స్మృతి న్యాయస్థానాలు భారతదేశానికి ఏ విధంగా ఉపయోగపడుతున్నాయి వాటి వలన ప్రయోజనం ఏమిటి, ఈరోజు భారతదేశ స్వతంత్రం వచ్చి ఎన్ని సంవత్సరములైనా అభివృద్ధి చెందడం పోవడానికి కారణం ముఖ్యముగా భారత న్యాయస్థానాలు, ఎవరు రచించారు కానీ ఈ చట్టాలని వాళ్లకి సాష్టాంగ నమస్కారం చేసి భారతీయులందరూ ఋణం తీర్చుకోవాలి ఇంత దిక్కుమాలిన న్యాయవ్యవస్థని చట్టాలను అమలు చేసినందుకు.

What is the example, where is a better system than this, when the wrong doer cannot be punished, what is the use of Indian Penal Courts in India, what is the use of them, the reason why India is not developing today after many years of independence is mainly the courts of India, who wrote these laws but all Indians bow down to them. Debt must be paid to such a crooked judiciary for enforcing laws.
