I finished the manga last weekend and now I can say for sure that Suigintou is the best! She's not a villian, in the end*SPOILER ALERT* she was more like an antiheroin, a noble and warm hearthed antiheroin... I love her

In my own headcanon. Barasuishou was recreated as Enju and Rozen made peace, and she and Suigintou became Sisters in name. =D
